2/3 days until Fable 2

Just in case you were wondering the reason for the random 2/3 day countdown is because I have it on preorder from Game.co.uk. They guarantee that it's there for the release date so post it earlier. This usually means it arrives the day before. I hope that happens this time. It didn't for Lego Batman unfortunately.

I was flicking through one of the many computer magazines laying about our house when I stumbled across info on Diablo 2. Now I am a huge Diablo fan. It brings back memories of playing it as a child with my Dad. I am eagerly awaiting Diablo 3, the announcement alone made my year but until then I have been replaying Diablo 2. Anyway in this magazine it had a guide to increasing your resolution in the game. It includes a patch and also running the entire game in a window. Now that does sound pretty dodgy but as long as you make it a large window and remember not to click outside of it whilst avidly killing monsters it works fine. The benefit is that the game will then be in 1300 x 700. Now I must admit I am yet to try this. I'm pretty wary of it as other attempts have been made before without the desired effect. Maybe I'll just continue playing Diablo 2 in 800x600 and wait until Diablo 3 like a good girl for the better graphics!
